Mirelle Ortega is a Los Angeles based illustrator who makes gloriously colorful images inspired by Mexican and geek culture. “I love pulling inspiration from a lot of things around me to create vibrant imagery. I think it’s important to be inspired by things, like books, movies, personal experiences, and other people,” she told TUBE. “I love illustration because it’s such a universal language, you’re able to reach a lot of people and make them feel something.”
