Fitz and The Tantrums brought their Get Right Back Tour to Sacramento’s Ace of Spades on August 18th, to a sold-out venue. The show attracted people of all ages: young teens, moms and dads, and even some grandparents! The band kept the crowd dancing the whole night with their upbeat tempos, and at one point, Michael Fitzpatrick (Fitz) came down off stage to sing in the crowd.
They showcased their‘80snew wave anddancepop stylethroughout the show, playing songs from their recently released album, Fitz and The Tantrums, including “Roll Up” and “Burn it Down.” The band also played old favorites like “More Than Just a Dream.” The show ended with an encore performance of their hit, “Hand Clap,” the entire crowd clapping along with the song. There was never a dull moment!
