Over fifty years ago, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band sprung up in New Orleans. Back in the day, it consisted of local musicians performed at the Preservation Hall venue in the Big Easy. As time went by they began expanding from doing local shows to playing around the world. Now, the band is touring with snazzy artists such as Allen Toussaint, and Mumford and Sons. Their new album, “That’s It!” released in the year 2013 scoring some rad reviews.  The Preservation Hall Jazz Band is keeping jazz traditions alive and giving the world a little taste of New Orleans.
