A THIRD PARTY
THE PURPLE PARTY
On Saturday. April 13th, 2013
Located at Oakridge Winery
6100 East Victor rd. Lodi, California.
Everyday it happens. When we are not expecting it. Sometimes we see it or at times feel it …that something has changed. In a moment everything switches from the untouchable world we live in to the dark place that no one seems to mention. Death hits each one of us at different times and strikes down hard on our heart and spirit. I like to think it is what we do at that moment that defines us. A THIRD PARTY is a result of that moment that changed a small town called Linden, a family, and a younger brother – Ehram.
In August of 1998, Christopher Machado was killed in a horrible tractor accident while working on the family ranch in Linden, California. His brother with some help from his two closest friends created “A THIRD PARTY, named after his brothers last band, an organization that is focused on education, the arts, and a family or individual that is struggling to overcome a tragedy or a serious illness.”
A THIRD PARTY presents THE PURPLE PARTY held at Oakridge Winery in Lodi California. Tickets are $75.00 with ALL proceeds to benefit the One.TLC school for homeless children. The always scrumptious Papapavlo’s Bistro and music will be provided by Group Therapy. Appetizers served with a no host bar at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 7pm and dancing will start around 8pm. Tickets can be purchased at http://www.athirdparty.org/events or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since the passing of his brother Ehram has kept Christopher alive in everything he does. Ehram has graduated from Santa Clara University as well as Montréal’s, Concordia University Film School with Honors. He is the co-founder of TEEN TRUTH: LIVE.
“In just under three years, his award-winning TEEN TRUTH series, has reached over 2.8 million students and the complimentary speaking program, TEEN TRUTH LIVE, has personally touched over 500,000 lives.”
