After a long day of life with work, kids and to-do lists sometimes I just can’t wait to wrap my hand around a cold frosty brew. Who doesn’t like great Northern California craft brews and wine? On January 18th 2013, our friends at Track 7, along with other local breweries will be pouring for a good cause. It’s the Winterfest Beer and Wine Social held at the Woodlake Hotel. Featuring 50 breweries and 15 wineries, the event will be offering unlimited tastings, local food vendors, and great music provided by Sacramento’s own Mother Mayhem. Proceeds for this event will support Runnin’ For Rhett’s local youth fitness programs as well as scholarships for deserving local college students who aspire to work in the special education field.
