Great News! La Sierra Skate Park is having a rummage sale on December 1st. Proceeds of the rummage sale will go toward keeping the park up and running. This long time community hub has been in danger of shutting it’s doors for quite sometime now. It has become an afternoon home for dozens of skateboarding teens and pre-teens daily.
Now you may ask yourself, how can I help? The park is in need of donations for the rummage sale. The skatepark welcomes you to bring in some of those un-needed knickknacks or clothes that no longer fit your family. You can drop off items on any Tuesday or Thursday from 4-7 pm or on Saturday or Sunday from 1-6pm before December 1st.
The La Sierra Skate Park is located at 5325 Engle Road Carmichael CA 95608. Please help the park by getting rid of a few items and/or shopping for some new ones. Feel free to call (916) 483-7826 and ask for Elizabeth Crisante to see what YOU can do to keep the skate park open. Thank you.
